WHO ARE THE
YOUTH ADVISORY COUNCIL? Or “YAC” MEMBERS…
Our Youth Advisory Council has been
meeting each week since January, with
the team of fifteen committed youth as
well as our RedWAY working team to share
their views, opinions, ideas, frustrations
and opportunities. We've been picking
their brains for website information,
feedback from the community and ideas
to keep this growing project moving forward
in a positive direction. We're going
to profile each of them to let, you the
community, know who has been helping
to give this project direction in making
it truly for Youth, by Urban Aboriginal
Youth!
The fabulous
Y.A.C is made up of 15 youth from different
ages and walks of life.
The group was put together right away
to work alongside the RedWAY BC team
and have been super involved, by attending
weekly meetings. They help give direction
for where the look, feel and content
of the site should be. We hope this makes
it so the site will properly inform and
properly represent Urban Aboriginal Youth!
